DoIPayThat operates at doipaythat.com and provides plain-language document review services for US medical bills, Explanations of Benefits (EOBs), and insurance denial letters. By using this service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Using the service

To use DoIPayThat, you must:

Document submissions

By uploading a document, you confirm that you have the right to share it for the purpose of receiving a review. You retain ownership of your documents. We do not claim any rights over documents you submit.

We will not share your documents with third parties for commercial purposes. Documents are processed for review purposes only and retained for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy.

Payments and refunds

The full analysis is available for a one-time fee of $79. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

If the review does not meet reasonable expectations, contact us at [email protected] and we will take another look. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of liability
