What this service is — and is not
DoIPayThat provides informational document overviews in plain English. Our service:
- Reviews medical billing documents and explains what they appear to show.
- Identifies charges, adjustments, and figures that may be worth questioning.
- Provides ready-to-send letters to billing departments or insurance companies.
Our service is not:
- Legal advice or legal representation.
- Medical advice or medical opinion.
- A guarantee of any outcome, reduction, or refund.
- A substitute for professional legal or medical counsel.
For complex billing disputes, denied claims involving large amounts, or situations requiring legal action, we recommend consulting a licensed patient advocate or healthcare attorney.
Using the service
To use DoIPayThat, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Provide accurate contact information.
- Only upload documents you are legally entitled to submit for review.
- Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Document submissions
By uploading a document, you confirm that you have the right to share it for the purpose of receiving a review. You retain ownership of your documents. We do not claim any rights over documents you submit.
We will not share your documents with third parties for commercial purposes. Documents are processed for review purposes only and retained for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy.
Payments and refunds
The full analysis is available for a one-time fee of $79. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
If the review does not meet reasonable expectations, contact us at [email protected] and we will take another look. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
